Service clubs provide a general benefit to the community in that they are set up to perform activities and undertake projects that may benefit charitable organizations.
Community One Service Clubs
To be eligible, a service club must meet the following criteria:
-it is operated on a not for profit basis, and its purposes include charitable objects
-Its services are offered to a significant portion of the public
Examples -Lions Club, Kinsmen Club, Kinette Club, Knights of Columbus, Rotary Club, Royal Canadian Legion
